Steve Henson, J.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Having served in healthcare since 1988, Steve brings decades of experience to his role, with the last sixteen years at the administrative level. From his early role as a paramedic in Little Rock, he has held progressive responsibilities throughout the years in both medical and behavioral hospitals. Erlanger Behavioral Health is his fourth hospital in administration and his third hospital as the CEO. He holds a number of college degrees, including a Juris Doctor from the Bowen School of Law.
