Visitor Information

Staying connected with loved ones is an important part of the healing journey. When family and friends visit, they bring comfort, motivation, and a sense of security, helping patients feel supported and less alone as they move toward recovery.

Visitation and Phone Calls

In person visitation can occur if ordered by the attending physician as necessary during the treatment process. For adolescents and certain adults, Legal guardians/conservators will determine visitors.

Phone Calls: Adolescent patients will be allowed to make one phone call a day to listed guardian. In order to provide an opportunity for all patients to have time on the phones; calls will be limited to five minutes: when allowable, calls can be longer. It may be necessary for staff to limit calls or call time due to patient behavior. Your therapist will provide your guardian with a FOUR DIGIT PASSCODE to use when calling in to the hospital. Please do not give your phone code to anyone.

  • Positive communication: Patients are asked to maintain respectful, encouraging conversations with callers and visitors.
  • Emotional safety: If a patient becomes emotionally overwhelmed, they may request a brief time‑out or end the visit or call as needed.
  • Respect for visiting family
